Io e mio marito ci siamo sposati giusto qualche giorno fa. Siamo stati seguiti da Tania e il suo team. Avevamo iniziato a farci seguire da un’altra wedding planner perché credevamo di non avere “budget” per un percorso con Tania, dopo una breve sbandata, per fortuna abbiamo cambiato rotta facendoci seguire da Tania e ne abbiamo guadagnato in termini di serenità e professionalità. Il nostro evento è stato perfetto, non perché senza intoppi, ma perché anche qualche imperfezione è stata tempestivamente e sapientemente gestita senza appesantire noi sposi da Tania e il suo team. Ci siamo sentiti supportati e curati in maniera quasi materna, rassicurati in ogni passo che compivamo e soprattutto Tania ha saputo capire e realizzare sia a livello di design che a livello gestionale organizzativo, tutte le nostre richieste rimanendo sempre nei budget prefissati. L’evento è stato emozionante e abbiamo ricevuto complimenti da tutti. Anche Durante l’evento Tania ha avuto cura di noi, dandoci anche dello spazio per noi, “nascondendoci” dagli ospiti per qualche istante, non è scontato avere questa delicatezza. Oltre che un evento apprezzato dagli ospiti è stato un giorno che difficilmente noi dimenticheremo. Grazie Tania, hai scelto per il tuo team persone eticamente allineate e valide professionalmente. Sempre presente, super positiva (cosa per niente scontata visti i nostri caratteri e le nostre ansie) e che cercava soluzioni a tutti i problemini che inevitabilmente si creavano. Everything was absolutely perfect ! From the ceremony and the stunning dinner setup to the flawless organisation. They respected every single detail we had asked for, and we truly couldn’t have dreamed of a more beautiful wedding. The professionalism of the entire team really stood out. They made the whole day completely stress-free, and we felt that every aspect was taken care of with such care and precision. From the minute we chose to work with the team on our wedding we were made to feel special, listened to and ultimately they created a magical beautiful wedding for us. The process was clear, and not stressful with the team coming to us at regular intervals to ensure that we organised key vendors in good time. They were able to incorporate parts of our heritage in the wedding which was very special. We had constant contact throughout and they answered our many questions snd requests. We cannot thank them enough for what they did for us. We felt so special in the lead up and on the day. Our guests were amazed by the whole event and cannot stop talking about it. When I try to think of where to start, I get emotional, because they did so much for us and made this entire process so meaningful and beautiful. A wedding is so much more than a single day; we spent nearly a year working with Tania, and I almost wish we could do it all over again because this planning process was such an unexpected joy. It was clear Tania puts so much care and passion into planning. Tania and her team work from their hearts and it shows in everything they do. From the very first meeting, Tania made it clear it was important to her to truly understand me and my fiancé, our story, our families, and what matters most to us--not just aesthetics or tastes, but really understanding our values as people and how we wanted to represent ourselves on this important day. Every conversation left me feeling so cared for and considered. Her communication was transparent and clear; she kept us on track and in budget; she guided us in areas where we felt lost and clueless; she dealt with curveballs as they came up like a champ. After those initial conversations, she recommended absolutely PERFECT locations (seriously, we had such difficulty choosing!!!) and best-in-class vendors, each and every one not only a true professional but an artist in their field. I could not be more in love with our photographer, videographer, hair stylist & makeup artist, florist, caterers, DJ, violinist, all of which Tania found for us--even the babysitting services she recommended for us were top notch! It was also a joy to work with SWE's designer, Laura, whose vision was nothing short of a masterpiece. From the save-the-dates to the invites to the moodboard to the flowers to the mise-en-place to the lighting to the dress consultation I later added on (WORTH IT), everything was out of this world. I am someone who loves design, so I knew I would enjoy this side of things, but what Laura put together was genuinely beyond my wildest dreams. I kept having to pinch myself that this was ACTUALLY my wedding. Initially I'd wanted to hire a wedding planner just to help me manage the stress--but with Tania, Laura, Antonella, and the rest of the team was so much more than that. They treated us like family and put together a wedding we will treasure for the rest of our lives. Fin dalla nostra prima call si è creata una bella sintonia. Ci ha trasmesso subito sicurezza, empatia e concretezza, ed è stato proprio questo a farci scegliere lei. Con poche indicazioni è riuscita a interpretare perfettamente ciò che desideravamo, trasformando le nostre idee in una realtà che ci rappresentava in ogni dettaglio. In questi mesi è stata un supporto prezioso. Planning a destination wedding that blended two cultures, Pakistani and Irish, felt like a huge undertaking, but from the very beginning, Antonella made everything feel effortless. Olivia120 days agoAlex and I got married at Commenda di San Calogero in May 2026. The team at SWE were truly amazing, particularly Antonella and Laura who headed up the logistics and design. They were always positive, patient and kind, and they helped us navigate all the stressful parts of planning a destination wedding. The three days were beyond what we could have imagined: we completely trusted them to deliver and the end result was amazing. Laura spent a lot of blood, sweat and tears into our design but also beyond her job description… she was also there for me as support through what could be very stressful. Our wedding was perfect, guests told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to… and it was the best wedding have ever been to and honestly ever will be to… LOL. She was available to contact day or night with the time difference, What an amazing set up, from, food, flowers, photography, cake and more. My family from Australia who flew out to Italy for the wedding, said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. Ha organizzato la festa per i miei 70 anni con tanto impegno e tanta competenza ma anche con infinita classe, eleganza ed allegria come proprio avevo desiderato !! Ha Consigliato la struttura ( posto spettacolare ) che ha ospitato tutti i miei trentacinque ospiti con trattamento di riguardo e attenzione! Bravi e disponibili anche i suoi collaboratori ! Tutto è stato perfetto dall’ aperitivo…con gli stuzzichini fino alla cena con la torta e alla musica che ho apprezzato tantissimo. Bravissima la Band che ci ha fatto ballare e ballare e ballare !! Riassumere in poche righe tutto quello che hanno fatto per noi è davvero un’impresa!!! Al di là della sintonia immediata, nel corso della preparazione, durante l’anno in cui ci ha affiancati, è stato come avere una luce guida!! Le abbiamo espresso le nostre idee e lei le ha amplificate all’ennesima potenza : ha realizzato di più di quello che avevamo in mente, molto di più!!! Era come se ci leggesse dentro. Avevamo un sogno nel cuore e lei l’ha reso realtà. Non cambieremmo una sola virgola di come si è svolto il nostro matrimonio: sono stati 3 giorni MERAVIGLIOSI!!! E ha lasciato in noi e in tutti i nostri ospiti la bellezza totale, unica e senza riserve. Tania è una professionista capace dal valore umano infinito. Testa e cuore a pari passo mi viene da dire. Se cercate non solo la realizzazione dell’evento perfetto, ma anche il calore e la passione per ció che fa di una grande donna, allora affidatevi a Lei!! Antonino Marano374 days agoAbbiamo avuto la fortuna di affidarci a Tania e al suo team per il nostro matrimonio, e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Io e mia moglie viviamo in Connecticut ed organizzare un matrimonio dagli Stati Uniti in Sicilia ci creava un sacco ansia, ma appena abbiamo avuto Tania e Laura al nostro fianco è stato tutto più semplice. Tutti i fornitori selezionati sono stati impeccabili e ogni dettaglio è stato curato con una precisione incredibile. Dai fiori stupendi al DJ incredibile. La musica è stata fenomenale e il violinista di un eleganza incredibile. Per non dimenticare del catering (Banquetò) che sono stati attenti al dettaglio e davvero molto professionali. Li ho adorati. I fotografi (Consenza - Alberto e Beatrice) sono delle persone estremamente professionali e accompagnati da Damien come videographer hanno fatto un team incredibile. Ad ogni modo, Tania ha saputo ascoltarci, consigliarci e guidarci con professionalità e passione, realizzando un evento che ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa e reso me e mia moglie felicissimi. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Laura, il cui talento e design hanno dato un tocco unico e spettacolare a tutto il matrimonio. Il giorno delle nozze, la presenza di Tamara e Christian è stata un vero valore aggiunto: discreti, attenti e sempre pronti a rendere ogni momento ancora più speciale. We first met Antonella over two years ago, and from the start we knew were in the best hands. Finding a venue, picking all the various vendors, she was always on hand giving her advice and expertise. On the day itself, we did not have to worry about a single thing - Mariana and I were able to completely exist in the moment and have the absolute best day ever. Noran Al Mekhlafi436 days agoWe worked with Sicilian Wedding and Events to plan our destination wedding at Tenuta Savoca in Piazza Armerina, Sicily, and the experience exceeded anything we could have imagined. The core team that brought it all to life included Raffaella, Laura, Tamara, and Tania. Although we don’t know how many other people were working behind the scenes, this group alone felt like an entire army of talent and dedication. To put things in perspective: we live in Dubai, and we never visited the wedding venue before our wedding day. Every single detail was planned long-distance. We were honestly over-prepared to be disappointed, or at least, to make peace with many imperfections. But as it turned out, It was better than anything we had imagined. We were shocked, and so were our guests. Somehow, this brilliant team pulled off a wedding that felt effortlessly elegant, deeply personal and absolutely perfect. Our wedding project was confirmed just four months before the wedding, and many agencies had already turned us down due to the tight timeline. But Sicilian Wedding and Events accepted us - and made magic. We couldn’t believe how lucky we were. Organizzare un matrimonio può sembrare un’impresa impossibile, ma con loro al nostro fianco ogni preoccupazione è sparita. Fin dal primo incontro siamo stati ascoltati con attenzione, capendo subito che tipo di atmosfera volevamo creare e aiutandoci a realizzare esattamente ciò che avevamo in mente. Hanno seguito ogni dettaglio con una cura incredibile: dalla scelta dei fornitori alla gestione della timeline, dalla disposizione dei fiori alla regia della giornata. Sempre presenti ma mai invadenti, hanno saputo coordinarci e rassicurarci anche nei momenti di ansia e stress pre-matrimonio. Il giorno delle nozze è stato semplicemente perfetto. It was an intense few months but it was very professional, from the venue and catering selection process to the organization on the day of. To us, booking and planning a wedding in Sicily at a venue we’d never seen before while living in the US was stressful at times, but Antonella helped us with every detail every step of the way. Thankfully, due to the expertise of this team they listened to our vision and were able to execute it flawlessly. Fin dalla prima conversazione mi sono sentito nelle migliori mani. Non solo mi a ascoltato, ma ha davvero capito cosa voglio per il nostro grande giorno - e il risultato ha superato tutte le nostre aspettative! La pianificazione è stata pensata nei minimi dettagli. Ha organizzato tutto in modo professionale, senza stress e con grande attenzione ai dettagli. Raffaele Mirabile741 days agoTutto è iniziato nel Febbraio 2022, quando ci siamo affidati a Tania per l'organizzazione del nostro matrimonio. Ecco da allora, tutto è cambiato : è arrivato il nostro piccolo Edo, e Tania è stata dietro alle tantissime novità che ci hanno fatto riprogrammare il matrimonio ben 3 volte! Lei, sempre paziente e dolce, cordiale e pronta a trovare la soluzione perfetta per noi. Finalmente dopo 2 anni ci siamo riusciti : non potevamo aspettarci niente di più bello. Senza di lei e il suo team, non so come avremmo potuto mai farcela. Ha organizzato tutto nel minimo dettaglio, ha decifrato sin da subito i nostri gusti e le nostre preferenze : ci ha proprio letti dentro! La nostra fiducia nei suoi confronti è sempre stata illimitata perchè in cuor nostro sapevamo che avrebbe fatto tutto, proprio come lo volevamo noi senza deluderci! In questi anni è diventata un'amica per noi, e nel giorno del matrimonio è stato tutto impeccabile sia dal punto di vista organizzativo/gestionale ma soprattutto dal punto di vista umano. Lei e la sua schiera di fornitori, che sono in pratica una grande famiglia di professionisti, ci hanno coccolati per tutto il giorno e hanno messo al nostro servizio la loro competenza e professionalità rendendo quel giorno magico. Sabrina Re759 days agoTania and her team were everything that I could have asked for in a wedding planner team. Antonella was our wedding planner who was such a joy to work with. She understood my husband and I’s vision completely. With us being American and my side of the family being Sicilian, she helped us navigate finding a nice blend of the American and Italian traditions. Antonella is extremely organized and stayed in constant communication with us throughout the whole planning process from finding us vendors, assisting us with contract negotiations and payments to communicating with our venues coordinator. She also made sure that all the vendors had all the information that they needed for the day of wedding creating a very well put together wedding day timeline for us. Sono ancora troppo troppo carica di emozioni che porterò per sempre con me. Il solo pensiero di sentire la tua voce e di dirti quello che sento, mi farebbe esplodere dalla commozione. Allora proverò a fare la cosa che mi riesce meno , ovvero, scrivere. Proprio tu mi hai insegnato a sentire cosa ho dentro e di buttarlo fuori di getto e ti ringrazierò a vita per questo. E' passata già una settimana dal giorno piu' bello della mia vita, e vorrei riviverlo altre mille e mille volte. Ho ricevuto infiniti complimenti da parte di tutti i miei invitati, non hai idea Tania, dalla location al cibo alle luci fiori, organizzazione, tutto tutto l'evento è stato così tanto apprezzato che le parole piu' comuni sono state " E' STATO IL MATRIMONIO PIU' BELLO DOVE SONO MAI STATO/A. Samantha Testa799 days agoI’m not even sure where to start on our review of working with Tania and her team for our Sicilian wedding. My husband and I are an American couple who knew we did not want to get married in the states and preferred a small, intimate, lemon filled wedding with our closest friends and family. To us, it was more about the experience for everyone and having a trip of a lifetime attached to our wedding. Our wedding was two years in the making and throughout that time of planning, we worked with Antonella and she will forever have a place in our hearts ❤️ She took what we thought was going to be a bit of a stretch to ask for, and turned our vision into a literal DREAM. Any new couples should demand working with Antonella because she was that special and fantastic to work with. Antonella was beyond helpful when it also came to translation, clarification, and helping us nail down the details we wouldn’t normally think of. It is devastating to us that we are adapting to a new norm where we don’t get to email and zoom with Antonella every month, but she made this long process so much fun and she always brought happiness and excitement to all of our calls! We love you Antonella!! ❤️ The wedding day itself was beyond anything we could have asked for! The biggest difference that stuck out to my husband and I about weddings in the states vs Sicily, was the pride and dedication not only Tania’s team had, but the vendors they partner with as well. The dedication, organization, passion, and LOVE they poured into us and every detail of our day was something we will never forget! The only hiccup we had the entire wedding day was the bride forgetting her contacts and Tania SAVED the day by take our friends to our Airbnb to pick them up 30 minutes before walking down the aisle!! We can’t thank Tania; Antonella, Rafa, and the rest of the team enough for making our day a fairytale most people only dream about. Our 3-day-long weekend of wedding events was a massive undertaking (including handling a 50/50 Italian:American guest list), and it could not have gone any better thanks to her! She was incredibly diligent in servicing our fairly unique - and often evolving- requests on design/style of florals, table settings, food&bev service, music, etc, never losing patience and always making us feel heard. She made sure no detail was overlooked, and her & the team ensured that everything during the event went completely smoothly - we at no point were distracted from being with our friends & family. Turned out absolutely STUNNING, emotional and intimate-feeling ceremony (despite 130 guests), everyone on both sides were blown away by the food....and the most fun party of my life 🙂 Thank you for everything Tania!!! ps - pics below aren't back from the professional photographer yet, just ones our friends snapped for now 🙂+8Posted on Google

Un lavoro complesso e intenso durato più di un anno e Tania è stata sempre estremamente premurosa, attenta ad ogni minimo dettaglio (a volte addirittura anticipando pensieri e desideri che non sapevamo ancora di avere) e sempre mantenendo la massima professionalità e calore. Giorgia Visonà817 days ago_“Qualcosa mi dice che dovremmo vedere le Dimore del Valentino”_ …me ne sono resa conto una notte riguardando le foto della location, mentre Domenico dormiva… E ad oggi mi rendo conto che quella tua proposta e quel mio “sesto senso” hanno vinto su tutto!!!!! Se ti ricordi sono andata contro il parere di tutti, ma sapevo che le lacrime scese così spontaneamente durante quella visita avevano un significato importante! E tu me l’hai ribadito più volte! E quindi eccoci qui, a due giorni da quello che per noi è stato un vero sogno ad occhi aperti! Abbiamo amato quel luogo magico, la brezza di mare sempre presente, il profumo della terra scaldata dal sole, la natura tutt’intorno a noi, l’ospitalità della famiglia Allibrio…e poi la vostra professionalità, la cura dei dettagli e i tanti suggerimenti che ci avete dato per rendere questo matrimonio una vera magia! Grazie per il ventaglio in pizzo preparato per tutti gli ospiti (e quello bianco per la sposa che mi avete donato ❤️), grazie per l’idea dei tovaglioli ricamati a mano, per la palette di colori meravigliosi che ci avete proposto, per la cura, per la pazienza, per le tante volte che mi hai rincuorata dicendomi “tranquilla una soluzione la troviamo” o “non ti preoccupare sarà bellissimo”! L’idea che avevo per il nostro matrimonio mi piaceva molto, ma quello che ne è risultato è andato oltre ogni aspettativa! Tutti, davvero tutti ne sono stati entusiasti! Le zie di Catania ci hanno addirittura detto che abbiamo fatto un matrimonio più siciliano di quello che fanno loro siciliani…altri ci hanno ringraziati per avergli ricordato quali sono le tradizioni e le cose belle della loro terra! E poi, per quanto riguarda gli amici arrivati dal nord Italia, non ci sono parole per dirti quanto siano stati felici di poter vivere tutto questo! Ora basta perché sto piangendo come una scema sul volo Linate-Parigi… Passeremo il nostro viaggio di nozze a riguardare tutte le foto e i video che continuano ad emozionare noi, ma anche tutta la famiglia e gli amici… Grazie di cuore Tania a te e a tutto lo Staff! First of all, my partner and I requested an almost impossible feat: an Indian-Italian-American 3-day destination wedding, including a Hindu Ceremony and Mehendi Party in Catania, Sicily. They took this challenge very seriously and with open arms, and they achieved it to an unbelievable degree! Trust their connections—from the catering to the flowers, hair & makeup, photography, and more—they were all exquisite, professional, and artists in their own right! While every wedding has bumps behind the scenes, I assure you that every event took off perfectly with every little, precious detail in place. Tania & Antonella were like family after working long and hard to get this wedding off the ground and make our dreams come true. I have repeatedly heard from friends and family that it was the most beautiful and thoughtful wedding that they have ever attended. Tania & Antonella, thank you for being there with us through this journey, for your patience, your love, your organization, and artistry!
