We offer a full planning and design service and a customized wedding concierge approach for you and your guests. We are specialized in finding exclusive locations, searching, selecting all the wedding vendors, coordinating them on the day of the event, and creating personalized itinerary for more than one-day events.

We work aside with the couple to create a bespoke wedding that fully represents you as a couple and your personality. We are in charge of selecting the perfect venue, the best vendors that will be able to offer every service needed and desired, and building the event concept, step by step, with you so we can plan, execute, and coordinate every aspect of your wedding project.

We are able to create a realistic wedding budget, taking into consideration your desires and priorities. We can manage and optimize your investment for the big day, making sure to allocate every resource wisely. Furthermore, we maintain full financial transparency during the whole planning process, while teaming with you and the vendors.

You will receive the “Planning Process” file right away, which defines all the project steps throughout the time that we have at our disposal and every shared procedure that will be done.
We keep in touch with the couple regularly through e-mail, video calls or reunions, and we send updates constantly to inform you about each step of the planning process, including contract aspects with the vendors and the expiration terms for payments.

We are open to collaborating with other vendors outside our list. However, we prioritize confirming that every vendor maintains our high standards.
We have a large list of professional vendors with a great teamwork attitude that we’ve selected over time: these collaborators are able to offer an excellent service and a high-quality final work. We can not assure the same level of proficiency with vendors that we have never worked with before or
selected ourselves.
